A six-course menu is served three days a week from 6:30 p.m. \u2013

\r\nIn addition to the well-kept gastronomy, the sophisticated atmosphere in the historic vaults on the ground floor of the Aachen town hall is impressive. When the temperatures are warm, guests enjoy the view of Aachen Cathedral from the terrace.<\/p>\r\n

Culinary highlights on the menu are certainly the \u201cStarter Variation for 2 people\u201d, the \u201cbeef fillet \u201cRossini\u201d the original\u201d or the \u201cForest Mushroom and Pearl Barley Risotto\u201d as main courses, and for dessert the \u201cPrintenice Tart\u201d or the \u201cTart Tatin\u201d. In the Schnabuleum<\/strong>, guests are confronted with the “classic” demands of crossover cuisine: regional dishes – often refined with the famous Monschauer Mustard – meet international classics. And so the menu in the house is always varied, interesting and exciting.<\/p>\r\n

On the edge of Monschau’s old town, directly opposite the historic mustard mill, Michael Wolf and his team create seasonal dishes that you can’t get anywhere else – made from high-quality products, many of which come directly from local producers, very specially prepared, exciting aromatic journeys, simply delicious.<\/p>\r\n
