A guest accommodation contract is deemed to have been concluded when the holiday apartment/holiday house in the EYNATTENER MÜHLE is ordered, confirmed or made available at short notice. This can also be done verbally (declaration of intent).
The EYNATTENER MÜHLE holiday apartment/holiday house is available to guests from 3 p.m. on the agreed arrival day. The keys will be handed over on site by the hosts/taken from a key safe.
The fee agreed for the booking of the EYNATTENER MÜHLE holiday apartment/holiday house must be paid even if the booking is later canceled by the customer (§552 BGB), namely:
– 25 % . Cancellation 4 weeks before booking date
– 50 % . Cancellation 2 weeks before booking date
Any use of the holiday apartment/holiday house provided to the guest(s) that deviates from the agreement entitles the landlord to terminate the contractual relationship without notice, without this reducing the entitlement to the agreed fee.
The landlord is not liable for any money or valuables belonging to the guest(s) that are stolen from the holiday apartment/holiday house. The guest(s) are asked not to leave money or valuables in the holiday apartment/holiday house.
CheckIn is from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival.
CheckOut takes place by 11 a.m. on the day of departure.
Items left behind by guests will only be forwarded at the request, risk and expense of the guests. The landlord undertakes to keep the items for 2 months. After this full stop, the items will be destroyed or – if there is an apparent value – donated to charitable institutions.
Messages, mail or goods intended for guests that arrive after their departure will be handled with care. The landlord will take care of the safekeeping and, if requested, the forwarding. However, liability for loss, delay or damage is excluded.
